In the event that you receive our product and it  is defective or damaged,  please contact us immediately via our online contact form on this website to report the issue. So far, we have not had any products returned due to defects or damage during shipping and we will continue to do everything in our power to keep it that way.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of our products. Our shipping methodology is to use UPS standard services.  All products will be shipped directly out of our manufacturing facilities.  The shipping costs are posted on the web site along with each product requested.
